For those that do not know, this weekend is the beginning of the 2023 18u Australian Championships where our very own Daniel Jovanovski will take on 15 other Australian players to see who will be crowned number 1 for Australia. What is remarkable about this is the following weekend he then competes in the 2023 16u Australian Championships to try and achieve the same feat. To top all of that, he has the chance to make it through to play at the Australian Open in the Juniors section. It is an incredibly proud moment for all of us at Yallambie TC and our support goes out to Daniel for the next couple of weeks of Tennis action!

On Saturday the fixture will be released for the schedule of the group matches and associated knockout games. For anyone that would like to not only keep updated on this but also attend games to help support Daniel, please request access to “Follow Daniel Jovanovski” at https://yallambietennisclub.teamapp.com/ and we will make a number of his key games visible to that group.
