It is with tremendous pride and elation that we share with you the news of the recent success by Daniel Jovanovski. Daniel performed incredibly well at the 18u Australian Championships in the week of the 2nd to the 9th December making it through to the top 8 as a 15 year old.

His efforts were then applied at the 16u Australian Championships in the week of the 10th to the 16th and today he was crowned the champion of the 16u for Australia.

His success at these tournaments has also given him an Australian Open juniors wild card meaning he will be playing at the Australian Open in the Juniors section!

This achievement is nothing short of outstanding. The Yallambie Tennis Club would like to take this opportunity to say congratulations to Daniel and his family and we are so pleased that all the hard work has paid off.
